The veteran
This original one of a kind painting depicts the old and derelict Tuahine Lighthouse, all battered, but still standing. I chose the title 'The veteran' as the lighthouse was a guardian and protector at its time and even though it is not in service anymore, it is still loved and respected by so many.
'The veteran' was a finalist in the Hibiscus and Bay Art Awards 2026.
